Jesse Allen is a serial entrepreneur and an avid fitness enthusiast. With over 10 years in the construction industry and having completed hundreds of hours of nationally accredited training in home inspections, he is now focused on building JA Building Solutions into a home and building solution company that is dedicated to raising the standard for service. 

Together, with Jesse Allen and Jay Gardner, she helped form JA Building Solutions. Shanna has an extensive background in customer service and utilizes that experience to provide excellent service to our clients. She enjoys meeting new people and reassuring them that any project they entrust us with will be performed with skill and care as well as tackling any concerns that arise.

Jay Gardner, a man for all seasons and amateur triathlete, helps in all areas of JA Building Solutions. Jay has been involved in small business for his entire career since he graduated with his MBA in 2006 from the University of Utah.
