Certified Indoor Air Quality Inspector

As a Certified Indoor Air Quality Inspector, our job while performing a home or building inspection is to take into consideration how the air flows throughout your home as well as factors that can cause potential contamination of air. Note: Unless you have your air tested it is impossible to know exactly what contaminants it contains, if any. Our inspection can give you valuable information, however.

Why Is Air Flow Important?

Airflow is one of the many factors taken into consideration when designing a home or building. If a home or building does not have adequate airflow it can lead to numerous potential problems including but not limited to: health and breathing concerns, microbial growth, or potential damage to your home.

Stale air - stale air occurs when air stays in one place and does not circulate and does not get replaced with new fresh air.
