Do we need to make an appointment?
Yes. Due to the nature of our business and the way we work with our clients, we have to use a dedicated schedule to help us keep everything on our end organized it also helps us to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.
How much does your service cost?
We have a fixed minimum rate of $149.99 per hour for any of our advisory services but that can change depending on what additional services you may need. For example, adding a home inspection as well as any ancillary services.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and most major credit and bank cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We are working on setting up Apple Pay, Pay Pal, and CashApp.
Are we licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry a Florida Home Inspector License
